Who am I?

I'm a keynote speaker, record-breaking cyclist, cancer survivor, and award-winning fundraiser. I was twice diagnosed with life-threatening cancer and given just a 5% chance of survival. I dropped to six stone and had to relearn how to walk. But I didn't just recover - I went on to break a Guinness World Record for the greatest distance cycled in seven days, compete in Race Across America, and raise over £3 million for charity.

My story is one of resilience, purpose, and what becomes possible when you commit to progress, one step at a time.

I bring a rare combination of humour, humility, and hard-won perspective to global stages, leadership offsites, boardrooms, and arenas.

My keynote, Change Your Normal, explores how incremental change creates extraordinary outcomes, drawn from my own journey from hospital bed to world record. I've been trusted by global organisations on resilience, performance, leadership, and employee engagement.

“The Tour de France is tough, I mean it’s the toughest stage race in the world.
But its not as tough as going through cancer and, its certainly as tough as watching a child go through it.”

This July, I'm taking on the entire Tour de France in just 12 days: all 21 stages, 2,071 miles, and 54,000 metres of climbing to raise £500,000 for the new children's cancer centre at Great Ormond Street Hospital. It's the biggest challenge of my life, and it's about far more than cycling. It's about making a real, lasting difference for children and families when it matters most.
